Swarovski’s Customer Service Notice  hangs on each heart. It is the first Quality Branding Label of its kind to provide meaningful guarantees in the world of cut crystal.

The Quality Branding Label features Identification Number 115 1046, issued to Expressions from the Heart, certifying that all crystal components used in our products are genuine Swarovski crystal.

The Crystallized™ with Swarovski® label is unique and, around the world, the Swarovski brand name is a synonym for the love of crystal and a passion for creation.

Each heart is created by skilled artisans who blow molten glass into a hand-carved mold perpetuating a centuries old art form. The interior of the glass heart is coated with shimmering silver which provides luminescence to the rich, hand-applied lacquer finish.

Crystallized™ with Swarovski® using 160 sparkling crystal chatons are hand set into waffled indentations, much in the way stones are set into jewelry. 

 The heart’s name is imprinted on one side. Authenticity is completed by the Expressions from the Heart name imprinted on the opposite side. A hand-tied double bow and a sheer organza ribbon offer a beautiful way to hang and display your heart.
